Dr Theresa Armstrong is a locally based GP who brings her extensive clinical experience and health knowledge to the local Aspley area.

Dr Theresa grew up in Brisbane and later moved to Sydney to complete her medical degree at the University of Sydney. After completing her study, Dr Theresa joined the Royal Australian Air Force as a Medical Officer, where she was deployed to the Middle East with Australian troops and took part in various humanitarian missions. Dr Theresa continues to remain an active RAAF reservist.

Dr Theresa is passionate about working in General Practice, relishing the variety and challenges it brings. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being through a comprehensive and thorough approach. Her commitment to patient care is evident in everything she does.
As a mother, wife, and daughter, Dr Theresa understands the importance of finding a family doctor who truly cares about your family's health and is proactive in supporting your needs. She takes a personal interest in her patients' well-being and always strives to provide the best care.

Dr Theresa is interested in all aspects of General Practice from Child Health through to Geriatric Medicine. Dr Theresa’s military medicine background also provides her with unique skills in Aviation Medicine and Occupational Medicine.
