With over 17 years of experience in audiology, James is passionate about improving the hearing and lives of his clients. Specialising in hearing aids, ear wax microsuction, audiology services for pensioners and veterans, and custom ear plugs, James and his team at Hearing by BEJA are dedicated to providing top-notch, personalised care in a warm, family-friendly environment.

James holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Audiology Studies from the University of Queensland. His wealth of experience in clinical, training, and management roles led him to start Hearing by BEJA with his wife in 2023.

When he's not helping clients hear better, James loves cooking, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three kids. At work, he’s known for his attentive, friendly approach, ensuring every client feels comfortable and informed.
